CRIANÇAS-SOLDADO E MENORES NO NARCOTRÁFICO: UM PARALELO ENTRE CONFLITOS ARMADOS

O presente estudo tem por objetivo traçar um paralelo entre a atuação infantil e infantojuvenil em conflitos armados. A participação de crianças e adolescentes será analisada dentro das denominadas "nova guerra" e "novíssima guerra". De forma mais específica, a dissertação visa demonstrar semelhanças e diferenças desses atores nas guerras civis africanas e no tráfico de drogas brasileiro. Se faz necessário ressaltar que a presente trabalho leva em consideração uma visão imparcial e rousseauniana de criança, que não nasce boa ou má, sendo tábula rasa, ou seja, fruto da sua história que ainda será escrita, de acordo com o momento e o local em que encontra-se inserida na sociedade.
