O COSTUME DA EXPLORAÇÃO: TRABALHO INFANTIL DOMÉSTICO ESCRAVO NA AMAZÔNIA, ENTRE CONTINUIDADES HISTÓRICAS.

Resumo

Esta pesquisa busca realizar uma análise jurídica da prática de circulação informal de crianças na Amazônia com o destino de acolhimento em ‘casas de famílias’ para os fins de servidão doméstica. De forma crítica, essa realidade desencadeia forma culturalmente tolerada de trabalho escravo doméstico, interseccionando relações de gênero, classe e raça no contexto Amazônico. A pesquisa é desenvolvida a partir da compreensão historiográfica escravista na região e suas continuidades, tem abordagem descritiva, foi realizada por método bibliográfico documental, sendo dividida em três seções que constroem o encadeamento das estruturas regionais, de gênero e raça, e da leitura jurídica possível. Abstract This research seeks to carry out a legal analysis of the practice of informal movement of children in the Amazon with the destination of reception in 'family houses' for the purposes of domestic servitude. Critically, this reality triggers a culturally tolerated form of domestic slave labor, intersecting gender, class and race relations in the Amazonian context. The research is developed from the historiographical understanding of slavery in the region and its continuities, has a descriptive approach, was carried out by documental bibliographic method, being divided into three sections that build the chain of regional structures, gender and race, and the possible legal reading.
